The Firm has extensive experience in representing clients in state and federal courts. The Firm is also experienced in representing clients in arbitration proceedings and before the National Arbitration Association. The Firm's attorney is admitted to the state and federal bars for the State of Maryland. In addition, through its strategic partners, the Firm is involved in litigation in other states, primarily in the states of Pennsylvania and Delaware.
The Firm's appellate practice allows the Firm's attorney to have the ability to arguing before the Fourth Circuit's Court of Appeals, the United States Tax Court, the Maryland Court of Special Appeals and the Maryland Court of Appeals. The Firm's attorney is admitted to all of the appellate Courts in the State of Maryland, the Fourth Circuit, the U.S. Tax Court and soon will be admitted in the District of Columbia and the Supreme Court of the United States.
Given the nature of the Firm's practice, it frequently finds itself involved in representing its clients in complex litigation. To support this litigation, the Firm utilizes modern legal research resources, such as Lexis/Nexis and high speed internet research.
